So you know a little more about me, I decided to share a few things.... Here is a picture of one my creations I made several years ago.  I still keep this on my office wall and feel these quotes say a lot about me and life in general.

There are three quotes here:

  • "A physician who does not enter the heart of the patient with the virtue of light and love, will not be able to heal the patient."......CHARAKA

  • "SUCCESS- To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of friends; to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed condition; to know even one life breathed easier because you have lived.  This is to have succeeded."...... RALPH WALDO EMERSON

  • "This moment contains all moments."......C.S. LEWIS

I truly believe what is said above.  I have always cared for others.  At the age of 14, I wanted to become a missionary and better the lives of the poorest people.  After I graduated high school, I still spent years teaching people the bible.  When I became 38, I attended a seminar in reference to chiropractic care and, it changed my life.  I knew then I wanted to become a chiropractor.  My passion was also in natural medicine at the time but, I realized that sometimes, the body cannot even receive and process within the organs important nutrients if, the body's structures are not aligned and able to work correctly.  So, I moved to and attended a college so as to graduate as a chiropractor.  Due to family responsibilities, I could not continue with the commitments to school that were necessary.  So, I decided to follow my initial passion in natural medicine.  I now hold a degree in the Applied Science of Complementary and Alternative Medicine with a specialization in herbalism.  I graduated from the accredited American College of Healthcare Sciences based in Portland, Oregon. And, I currently still work two days a week with a chiropractor/functional neurologist to assist with patient care there.

I am a person who has always tried to keep a positive outlook but, I understand that life's struggles and a person's health issues can really make the days difficult.  I have dealt with some of my own health issues yet, with my schooling and keeping a positive attitude, I have been able to use that knowledge to become happier and healthier doing so naturally.  I am so glad that now I can help others more out of their pains.  I look forward to learning more myself as we all have more to learn. I hope that in whatever ways I have been able to help someone, that person shares these with even more.

It is incredible how much is possible that many doctors say is impossible.  Unfortunately, many conventional doctors were simply not taught any natural alternatives to prescription medications and surgery.  I do believe at times, both are needed yet, in so many even dire cases, they are not.  People can not only save money going the natural route but, if done the right way, can avoid harmful side effects they would have had from conventional medication and absolutely improve instead of at times getting sicker.

The natural products you will see on this site, I have created even for myself.  I understand the frustration in trying to find organic products healthy for your skin, hair, etc. I also understand that if you do, they are quite high in price.  I have found that you can find high quality and many powerful organic ingredients for a very reasonable price.  I want people to be able to afford their self-care products that are so important.  Did you know that so much of what you put on your skin enters your bloodstream and thereby affects other body systems?  Take a look and read on the ingredients page why I particularly chose the ingredients I chose....

I hope you find that after consulting with me or using the products I have made, make each of your days more enjoyable in some way.

With continued support in my journey to help myself and others, I will eventually use some of the profits I have gained to start a non-profit organization helping orphans get their own exercise mats, exercise balls, and fitness clothing. I want to encourage them to use the time now that they have to get healthy, strong, and positively move forward for themselves and give them a fun way to spend their time. I will also donate to a charity that provides clean water/food/supplies to those that normally cannot access these.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to working alsongside of you as an ally in health!
