Unrefined, Raw African Shea Butter, Usnea Lichen essential oil, Organic Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens) essential oil

Directions: Apply a thin layer onto feet going between toes. Apply in the morning before putting socks on and before bed also wearing socks if possible though not required.
